ABOUT

I am a nationally certified and New Jersey State certified psychoanalyst with more than 15 years of clinical experience. My work is grounded in a psychoanalytic approach that emphasizes careful listening, sustained attention to unconscious processes, and an understanding of how early experience shapes present emotional life.I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults across a wide range of emotional, relational, and developmental concerns. The treatment process is collaborative and exploratory, with an emphasis on developing insight, expanding self-understanding, and strengthening emotional resilience over time.I have particular expertise working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate periods of transition, increasing independence, and identity formation.The therapeutic process is designed not only to alleviate symptoms, but also to strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, and enhance one's ability to navigate life's complexities with greater confidence and self-awareness.Appointments are available both in person and virtually through a secure telehealth platform.

Office LocationMy office is located in a comfortable and thoughtfully designed professional suite that provides a high degree of privacy and discretion. Situated on the third floor of a historic building in downtown Summit, the office offers a quiet and welcoming environment for psychotherapy.The Summit Train Station is conveniently located directly across the street, making the office easily accessible by public transportation. Street parking is available nearby, and additional parking can be found in the municipal lots behind the train station on Broad Street. The train station parking lot may also be used after 6:00 PM.
